OUR CAR WAS TAKEN TO BOB HUFF COLLISON BECAUSE OF
AN ACCIDENT ON JAN. 30, 2010.
WE WERE TOLD ON WED. FEB. 17 THAT OUR VAN WOULD BE
READY ON FRI. FEB. 19. IT IS NOW TUE.FEB. 23RD AND
WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD PROBABLY BE WED. FEB. 24TH.
THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE WORKMANSHIP. WE ARE FROM
OUT OF THE AREA WE HAVE HAD TO STAY IN A MOTEL,
EAT OUR MEALS AND HAVE A RENTAL CAR FOR ALL OF
THIS TIME. ALSO WE HAVE TOLD THEM MY HUSBAND IS A
HEART PATIENT AND HE IS OUT OF HIS MEDICATION.
THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. THIS IS JUST A WARNING BE
VERY WARY WHEN DEALING WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP.
I'M ALSO LETTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND
ALSO LETTING CHEVROLET KNOW ABOUT THEIR CAVILEAR
