Ford Motor Co. reported today U.S. sales in July of 195,245 vehicles, a 19% drop from the same month last year as its car lineup struggled.
Ford’s overall car sales fell 33%, including double-digit declines for the Focus, Fusion and Mustang. The automaker is in the process of reprising the Taurus name for its large sedan, replacing the Five Hundred. The two models combined were down 22% in July compared to sales for the Five Hundred last year.
